A Warehouse is a commercial use. Trulia caters to mostly residential use.
A warehouse, unless it is grandfathered in will typicaly be in a Commercial zoned neighborhood/district. If it is in a residential zone it will a higher price because you will be competing with residential redeveolopement buyers. In the commercial/Manufacturing zones the buildings tend to be on the large size.
What neighborhood/size/use are you looking for?
Feel free to call me to discuss further.

Hello Nancy, Interview a few Agents in the area you are looking to purchase the warehouse. You will need to find someone with accurate knowledge of the area your looking into. Be sure to ask their past experience with the type of property you are looking for - they also need to be familiar with the local building codes and uses for the warehouse. If you would like a referral for someone in the area, I would be happy to help. Short version, but that should help you get started.
