You were going to rent for a few months before you bought something in the Boyne area. Are you in a position now to make a purchase? There are some great buys out there and the interest rates are in the 4% to 4.5% range. Traditionally they go up toward spring. Contact me if you are interested in finding out more.

Our office often hears of homes for rent. We are in Boyne City and specialize in the area you are hoping to move to. Please let me know specifically what you are looking for....price, size, etc.

Hi Greg,

Our company, Holiday Vacation Rentals, may be able to accomodate you. I'm also affiliated with Coldwell Banker, and am familiar with the area if you need a Realtor. My office is out of Harbor Springs, but I service all of North West michigan.
