Does anyone have experience with Advanced Access real estate website service? We're having a terrible time with Advanced Access. Signed up in

Asked by Turquoise, San Luis Obispo, CA Fri Jun 4, 2010

January and Canceled in May because the website was down multiple times, and email was bouncing to clients over and over - lost from Advanced Access, which continually blamed the registrar (GoDaddy). They continue to bill us although they are in breach of service and we have switched to z57, which has never lost service since we've been with them, never lost our email addresses. Anyone else having an awful time with Advanced Access?

I, too, have been with Advanced Access for over a decade. Over the years I've spent literally thousands of dollars on SEO and other enhancements with them. Over the past two to three years, the results have been extremely spotty.

We couldn't recommend z57 yet, but at least the website hasn't been down even once, and email is working as well. We'll take a look at Point2Agent.

Point2Agent was recommended also on a website I found after posting here, written by former Advanced Access employees and customers who called the company "shady" and said "frankly the service doesn't work" and "DON'T SIGN UP WITH ADVANCED ACCESS" among many other negative comments. http://aapoweroutage.wordpress.com/2008/01/23/former-advance…

I also checked the BBB and every comment about Advanced Access was negative. Additionally they had a number of cases, many with the same 'power outage' problems we were having.

Point2Agent looks pretty good so we may go ahead with their three-month free trial. Z57 is OK but not very attractive.

I have been with AA for over a decade and have had numerous problems. How is Z57?

I had an Advanced Access site for 2 years. The first year was great! Then the site did not do whatever they needed to do to keep up with changes in technology. Yes, it was difficult to cancel the service.

After trying 4 other options, including z57, over the last 9 months, I found Point2Agent which was recommended to me by Katerina Gassett in Wellington Florida. Point2Agent is great!
