Besides the BBB, who can one complain to about a bad experience with a builder?

I have had bad service in getting warranty items fixed in a timely and professional manner. Thank you!

Builders hate picket lines. If they're still selling there, the possibility of a huge lemon picture on the outside of the garage door might compel action. With warranty items, sometimes being the MOST demonstrative works. You're likely not the only one with issues. Just let the builder know a week ahead of time, so that they have a chance to get the items done; that result is your goal. If you've tried that, contact an attorney to send a letter.
