Hello Pamela,

Only realtors who have listings can list on trulia. If your trying to do a FSBO (for sale by owner) the sister site of trulia is Zillow. Zillow lets you list your home FSBO.

Hope this helps. Best of luck to you!

The Ski Valley is kind of far from the hospital: ~30 minutes on winding mountain roads, and I think the only school up there is the ski school. If you live in Taos proper, there are lots of schools and plenty of kids around. The Weimer neighborhood, where the hospital is located, backs up onto the Carson National Forest, so there is plenty woodsy to do without having to drive much at all. ... more

That area may get a tad warmer than town but not appreciably. There are few deciduous trees on that side of the Gorge Bridge and that has an impact. We get warm weather in June but if the monsoon rains come as they did this year on or about July 1st, that pretty much ends it as late afternoon showers bring lower temps. Maybe 6 to 8 90 degree days a summer. We have been here for 19 straight summers and my wife has gone to the movies twice to get into air conditioning. I hope this helps. harvey blaustein ... more

Don't know if you're still looking, but I found a great number of condos in Santa Fe, that are coming down. You might check Santa Fe, because Taos is still living in the 90's bubble.

I have never locked any doors in my house for 23 years. I leave my keys to my car in the car and in the ignition wherever I go and parked at my house. Truck keys are always in the truck. This is the safest community I've ever been in. Secret is to help others, be of service, share and be grateful daily, trust in the inherent goodness of others and don't live in fear. ... more

I'm surprised that you didn't get a better answer:
Raw land is very, very hard to estimate; because, until it has value due to the oil or minerals on it, it's vale would be determined by the use the owner would put it to: (never end a sentence with a proposition?)
If it was farm or ranch land; that would def affect its value. But you wouldn't value it by buliding a high-rise on it.
Conversely; if it was located in the city, it would make a good ranch or farm.
So when a Buyer want to buy raw land; whether it is 1/4 acre for one building, or 10 acres for a bunch of buildings; they would need to submit a "plan" for what they intended to do with the land. Otherwise, it would difficult or impossible to get a loan to buy the land.

So, if you value the land at $50,000 for a nice big hacienda, someone else may value the land at $500,000 for a Hotel or shopping complex.

Go to your "My Listings" page and look for the listing you want to send report for, click on "Send Client Listing Reports" and take it from there. However, if you do not see the listing in your list, scroll to bottom and click on the link that says: "Not seeing some of your listings on this page? Try to find or submit them here." Good luck Gregory! ... more
