Hello Pamela,

Only realtors who have listings can list on trulia. If your trying to do a FSBO (for sale by owner) the sister site of trulia is Zillow. Zillow lets you list your home FSBO.

Hope this helps. Best of luck to you!

The Ski Valley is kind of far from the hospital: ~30 minutes on winding mountain roads, and I think the only school up there is the ski school. If you live in Taos proper, there are lots of schools and plenty of kids around. The Weimer neighborhood, where the hospital is located, backs up onto the Carson National Forest, so there is plenty woodsy to do without having to drive much at all. ... more

That area may get a tad warmer than town but not appreciably. There are few deciduous trees on that side of the Gorge Bridge and that has an impact. We get warm weather in June but if the monsoon rains come as they did this year on or about July 1st, that pretty much ends it as late afternoon showers bring lower temps. Maybe 6 to 8 90 degree days a summer. We have been here for 19 straight summers and my wife has gone to the movies twice to get into air conditioning. I hope this helps. harvey blaustein ... more

Don't know if you're still looking, but I found a great number of condos in Santa Fe, that are coming down. You might check Santa Fe, because Taos is still living in the 90's bubble.

I have never locked any doors in my house for 23 years. I leave my keys to my car in the car and in the ignition wherever I go and parked at my house. Truck keys are always in the truck. This is the safest community I've ever been in. Secret is to help others, be of service, share and be grateful daily, trust in the inherent goodness of others and don't live in fear. ... more

Go to your "My Listings" page and look for the listing you want to send report for, click on "Send Client Listing Reports" and take it from there. However, if you do not see the listing in your list, scroll to bottom and click on the link that says: "Not seeing some of your listings on this page? Try to find or submit them here." Hi Laura,

It could be possible. You can use the following resources to start your search:

http://santafe.craigslist.org/apa
http://www.taoshouserentals.com

Be careful with resources such as Craigslist, as there have been issues by some regarding scams.

If you go to http://maps.yahoo.com and type in your starting address in the 'Get Directions' option, then type in 2200 Sunport SE, Albuquerque into the 'B' field, you'll get an accurate estimation of distance and time.

From Taos in general, it is 134.62 miles and depending on speed, can take about 2 1/2 hours. Hope this helps.

First, begin by contacting the local Taos Board of Realtors for contact information on the several of your local brokerages. Then call the managing broker and ask them to make a referral to an expereinced agent and/or property manager who can begin to work with you to find your rent with option to purchase home. The phone is 575-758-7411 and their web site is www.taosmls.net. My recommend would be to find an experienced Realtor who knows your market and would be best informed on current opportunties. Best of luck in your efforts! ... more

Josejose, "not well" is the answer. You gotta have a score of 620+ to get the best rates. You could work with a credit repair company like LexingtonLaw.com to fix it. You should be able to get into the upper 600s or 700s in a few months if your credit is not a complete disaster. They can fix a lot for you -- make sure you keep on top of it though.

You can read my blog series Top 10 Credit Myths at the link below. Good luck!
