Perhaps a market analysis prepared by an agent may be better serving; be mindful that average prices vary depending on exact location, size, condition, amenities, schools, etc.

Dear Trulia, we do have 2 houses. One is in Brooksville, Fl and it is 1702 SF and the other one here in Tampa, Fl and it is 1502 SF . You do have the wrong information and no matter what we keep it that way. The only thing you did is only corrected as you remembered that updated the size of the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but not the right size of the house. The correct size is 1502 SF here in 8930 Fox Trail Tampa, Fla 33626 . You can get the records from the City of Tampa if you are interested to correct your files. Wrong information will stay wrong on your files. ... more

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hello Matt!

Kristan from Trulia here. Trulia is a search engine for residential real estate listings that are indexed from agent/broker web pages. Our service is free, and there is no charge to have listings posted on Trulia. At this time we do not add For Sale By Owner listings. We are aware that many individuals who have FSBO listings would like to have their listings featured on Trulia.

Thank you for taking the time to inquire about submitting your listing. We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for your real estate needs.

Hi Gerard,

We were doing some reorganizing and moved this link to the navigation section on the left side of the main profile page. As Allan mentioned however, we are also adding a link to the Voices Activity page back to the main navigation at the top right of every page. That link should be back up by the end of this week.

You can also bookmark the link below for easy access.

Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Hi Steve,

Due to the often specific nature of Property Q&A, we don't include them in our default view. If you put in zip code 33604 and choose the "Property Q&A" category, you'll see your question there. (See the link below.)

Hi Paul,

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. I'm afraid however that I'm not certain what it is that you are asking. When you say that you need to remove an old listing and insert a new one, are you referring to the very same property and do you need to make updates to this listing information, or do you need to remove one listing and add another to our site?

The listing below is associated with the MLS number you included above and is currently active on our site. If this listing should be removed, please click on the 'Report error' link you'll find on the right side of the listing page to send a message to our Customer Service team.

If you need to add a new listing to our site, you can do so via http://www.trulia.com/submit_listings/.

If the above information didn't completely answer your questions, please contact our Customer Service team via http://support.trulia.com/ for additional assistance.

Thank you all!
Yes, it makes sense to me that most retirement communities would be Located in Pasco and Pinellas. I've come across some in Hillsborough, not many. Only adult retirement communities would be of interest. I am quite familiar with Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough. My wife and I have lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area since 1998. We are currently living in Hernando...Brooksville. We are beginning to think that perhaps it may not be the best place for us to be. So.......We are exploring options, and considering getting back to civilization once again :)
Again. Thank you all.

Hey Surfer,

I agree Truila is a great site. It's great for getting started and for making connections. But lisitings on this site and all the others like it are really just the modern day classified ads that have replaced the newspaper classifieds. Not a problem if you understand that. They can give you an idea of where to get started when you are a long way away.

If you want to find an REO bargain in a specific area, then get a realtor in that area. Realtors have extremely sophisticated search tools on the real MLS. They are able to tell you the minute new REO bargains come on the market, which is crucial in today's fast moving REO market.

Mark Sellers answered:
I am also having the same problem. It seems like they are trying to make some improvements to the favorites feature, for example there is now a pull-down menu for sorting listed favorites. The excel spreadsheet is also a new feature (a great one, too, I think).

Unfortunately, the new favorites feature doesn't seem to be working too well. The good news is that all of my favorites seem to be in my excel spreadsheet, including additions that I have made today. If I choose 50 favorites per page, I can see 50 favorites, but I cannot go to page 2. Also, none of the sorting features seem to work.

If there is anyone from technical support paying attention to this, could you PLEASE look at the design of this feature. Once it works, it's going to be very helpful, but I don't think the new design of this feature is ready for prime time.

You might also want to consider sending an e-mail to all your users letting them know that improvements are being planned but that you are having trouble with your web design. If this feature only works with certain browsers let us know. I use Firefox and I can tell you it isn't working. Has it been tested with all browsers?
