I also like to utilize Google Earth, and you can do a street view and basically walk down the street virtually.

Hi,

If you're a first time homebuyer you may be able to get up to $10k from the State of Florida Bond program to help you buy a home. There is plenty of money available and a single person can earn up to $65,925.00 and still get this money. A family size of 3 or more can earn up to $68,880.00 and get this money.

Let us know if you would like more information.

You can contact the apartment complex directly with questions: (813) 774-5765

Be careful if you decide to rent outside of a complex to be sure the owner is not in pre-foreclosure and that the person collecting your rent and deposit is in fact the owner. We've had some scammers renting properties they do not even own.

All the best,

Sold On Tampa Team

You could go to the Super Walmart on Bruce B Downs Blvd, as someone has suggested. But it is not 4 miles away, it's more like 7 miles and about 15 to 20 minutes away. Your best bet would be to go to the one right off of E Fletcher Ave. It is about ¾ of a mile away driving, about 45 seconds. Yes, it is a smaller Walmart, but 45 seconds beats 20 minutes if you ask me. Once you get to E Fletcher Ave, head west for a very short distance. It will be on your left, can't miss it. ... more

There's a ton of restaurants on Gandy Blvd. and South Dale Mabry which isn't too far from there either. But again, nothing close in walking distance.
