It's probably overimproved for Fawn Ridge. Looks like a great house and the lot is large but in Fawn Ridge this would be on the high end of what homes typically sell for. Most of the homes are about 2,000 sf and this has been added on to to increase the size to 4,000 sf. It depends on what you are looking for. Condos tend to sell better in Winter so summer is better time to buy when its slower. Single family homes tend to sell better in the Summer when children are on school break.

With the high fees you may want to consider a single family home in New Tampa. The communities with the lowest HOA (and without extra Community Development District Taxes) are Pebble Creek and Cross Creek.
