Usually "off the market" means it has either expired or the seller does not want to show for the duration of the contract. There could be many reasons for this decision, from family emergencies to simply a change in plans. There is usually a withdrawal fee, so to avoid that fee for the sellers an agent may simply put "off the market". ... more

This development is not currently on the approved list - and if you do plan to try a spot approval I would recommend that we get started as soon as possible because they are planning on eliminating spot approvals all together in the near future.

There is currently one condo development that is already approved in Tallmadge for FHA loans, so please let me know if you would be interested and I can email you over information on those condos.

this house was at a sheriff sale and NO YOU CANNOT SEE THEM IN SUMMIT COUNTY. you have to buy them sight unseen.
and i would be very leary of ever doing that kim as people steal the pipes, furnaces, sinks, etc.
some destroy the place on purpose including dumping cement now the drains.

and you would be stuck with it, no matter what they did to it.

this house was sold at the sherrif sale for $98,000 on october 3rd back to the mortgage company.......countrywide. they own it now.
they will probably be listing it thru a real estate agent during the next month or so.

those listings are outdated.
the auction is over.

the address is 369 mark drive. tallmadge 44278...........if that helps
