Gaining a listing in an area of specialization isn't a matter of what marketing techniques, tools, or strategies an agent might employ. Gaining specialty listings is a matter of being able to demonstrate your competence, special knowledge and skill within a certain specialty. Lakefronts are no different than any other area of specialization. Home sellers expect the level of expertise and knowledge of their broker to be equal to the existing base of knowledge regarding lakefronts.
