Make sure that you let some one look at the home look at the home, before you place a bid on it. Pay a home inspector to look at the house inside if at all possible. You can always use your proxys even if you are out of state. This may not be a good idea though, if you plan on living in the home. Should be OK for investment property. ... more

Do not include any contingencies. Include a solid preapproval; preferably subject only to property appraisal, and include comps to support the offer.

Hi Winston,
Here are links to the newspapers that supply the legal annoucements for Suwanee. As Joshua noted no site will have all of the foreclosure information. You can only find that at the courthouse steps on auction day...which is this Tuesday by the way.

For the part of Suwanee that is in Gwinnett you can go to
http://www.gwinnettdailypost.net/GDP-Legals/legals.html

For the part of Suwanee in Forsyth County you can go to
http://www.forsythnews.com/legals/index.shtml#foreclosures

Hope that helps.
