They are going to make a very lowball offer. They are looking for sellers who are desperate to get out of their homes, and don't have $$ to fix it up. Be careful. You might want to consult with a Realtor or two and get a comparative market analysis to see what you can really sell it for on the open market. ... more

You could also stop making any repairs and sell to an investor. That way they can handle anything that needs to be fixed. Keep in mind that most investors need to purchase property between 60-80% of the after repaired value of the home in order to make a profit. If you are willing to do this you may be able to sell your home faster.

Give me a call some time and ill see what i can do.

Our philosophy is "clients for life" therefore while sales rankings are wonderful they are not necessarily the #1 criteria for selecting a buyer's agent or a marketing agent for your property. We are most proud to have been chosen for the Sixth year as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in Delaware. This award is about service not sales and it chosen by clients not rankings. We are ranked in the top 1% of all agents at the Delaware Beaches as well, but our Five Star Award says more about how we work for our clients. ... more

Although it is not mandatory for an agent to communicate feedback to the listing agent, it is considered common courtesy to do so. Providing feedback gives the seller a good understanding of how buyers are receiving the property, price, condition, etc. Typically, agents try their best to provide that feedback as often as possible knowing that they too would appreciate the same courtesy with their future listings. We understand that sellers need to know and appreciate what the constructive comments are from the buyers and the buyer's agents as well. ... more
