I have lived in Seaford for my entire life and I can honestly say that I never have to leave my home scared. Like any town/city, there is crime. But in my opinion, crime in Seaford is not something to heavily consider. Again this is all opinion based. It shows property tax is currently $445, but if the owners are elderly they may be getting a discount so for someone younger the taxes per year may be closer to $700. Hope this answer helps.
