Hello Indianola!

Always enjoy our fellow Iowan's when we get a chance to see them. We are also from Iowa, 15 years in Arizona and love it.

Yes, Sun Lakes has seasonal rentals, this is the high season and many of them are booked but I think we could find you something.

Glad to help you out!

Dear Gary:

Happy New Year!

Yes the State of Arizona program is availabe for all cities in Arizona if you buy a bank owned property.

You must register and take a class to become eligible. The class must be taken in the County that you are purchasing the bank owned property in.

This program is not eligible for investors. To receive and maximize the amount of your free grant, up to 22%, you must live in the home for periods of 5, 10 and 15 years. For more information on the free grant program, see "Free Grants" on this link:

By the way, since there may be some snow on the ground in Elk Grove, see some beautiful Arizona sunsets, click:

If you need help finding some eligible homes to purchase, feel free to contact me.

Regards, Jeff

Dear Phillyt:

Are you still looking for Pinal County homes near Sun Lakes? There are some really outstanding buys right now.

Were you aware on Foreclosure purchases ( a lot of them) there is free grant money from the State of Arizona for up to 22% of the purchase price? Yes, you need to live in the home yourself for 5, 10, or 15 years to maximize the grant.

Let me know if I can find a great buy for you or your family.

Regards, Jeff
