Please specify what Community you are referring to and the township it is located in. If a home is listed through a Broker, the TRUE taxes are supposed to be listed without any exemptions. I'm not saying this is the case for the property you are referring to. ... more

In my opinion, when it comes to finding accurate sales data, The Multiple Listing Service is one of the best resources. Also, check with the local township to see what the sale price of home was and when the deed was recorded. HREO.com has so many duplicate properties, a number of years ago, I saw prices for the same home listed differently. HREO also accepts open listings, some have been on the market for years. ... more
