Back in 2008, when the credit markets seized and the Dow tanked, I found myself listening to CNN in the car to hear the latest news, wondering what it would mean for business. The it dawned on me I was listening on the way home after meeting buyers at the title company to close their sale.
The point? Short of an actual economic meltdown which effects everyone and everything, it's not worth the time worrying about what's going on in Washington as both sides of idiots play their games.
Focus on the buyers and sellers who still are out there, living their lives every single day regardless of whether they can take their kids to the Grand Canyon because the moose out front says it's closed.
