The plot thickens.....
The problem realtor is the listing broker and also the only member of their agency.
So, am I just stuck with it?
Should I offer to add some cash to level the field?
Should I contact the VA?
This has happened before...submitted a cash offer for a property through my agent, who was told It was "too late to submit the offer today. It'll just get kicked out of the system"...only to find a lower non cash offer from her client was accepted the following morning.
I understand the need to make a living, but am I the only one who takes ethics into consideration?
