Have you found help with this? I may know of a couple properties that could be eligible for a rent to own or land contract.
Thanks.

I would check with the County Health Dept. They are the municipality that will be able to answer this question accurately.

Susan,
I would imagine that they could purchase another home, but they would need to re-finance the Reverse Mortgage into a Conventional mortgage as a reverse mortgage is only allowed for an owner occupied home. Even if they paid cash for the new home, they would need to notify their reverse mortgage lender of their move. Hope this helps!

Brittany,

I currently have a home that I will be listing on the border of Stow and Cuyahoga Falls that may be eligible for a land contract or rent to own. I am certain the homeowner would require 10% down. Will this be an issue? If not, I will send you information.

Thanks!

If it's a high pressure trunk line that is burried, the gas company will be watching it like a hawk - literally from the air doing fly-bys.

You just want to maintain your distance from planting, building or digging! Check with your local building dept. for specific details and guidelines.

Good luck on your purchase!

This all depends on the area and the county and if they charge "tap-in" fees for water and sewer. Also, if there is electric or gas available at the street or it needs to be brought in.

If you are building in a subdivision, such as Ryan Homes or any of that type of builder, then all of this should be taken care of in the price of the home.

Check with a local agent who works the new construction market in your area.
