San Antonio sees many new home developments going up as well as new homes being built in existing neighborhoods.
If you are looking at an existing home that is older, you start with the existing homes that have sold as that will give you the most accurate price. We also look at the new home sales that have been sold but realize that those are the homes you are competing with.
New Construction will also be higher priced as no one has lived there before and all items have never been used or gone though wear and tear.
