Some people have an inspection done before they place their home on the market, but don't be surprised if additional items come up on the buyer's inspection. It's entirely up to you as a seller if you want to have your home inspected prior to listing it. San Antonio sees many new home developments going up as well as new homes being built in existing neighborhoods.

If you are looking at an existing home that is older, you start with the existing homes that have sold as that will give you the most accurate price. We also look at the new home sales that have been sold but realize that those are the homes you are competing with.

New Construction will also be higher priced as no one has lived there before and all items have never been used or gone though wear and tear.

If ever needing more information I am happy to help and guild you through determining you market price.

Good afternoon, Bill. That is a project being built by Birnbaum Property Company. It is a little less than 14,000 sqft. According to the site plan on their website, it will include a Pet's Barn pet supplies store, a dentist, a spa, and a "Love to Swim and Tumble School". Not sure if there's any other leasing in place.

A link to the pdf on their website is below.

I know what I can afford and if you can't understand that, then BYE... ... more

Just when you thought you had heard it all!

If only part of thiis information is correct, one would have to believe there are issues here.

Illegal? Based on your information, it's difficult to percieve what actually happened but without a doubt there appears to be sufficient information to contact the agent's broker/manager and present their concerns before taking it to the local board of realtors for their review and recommendation.

As always, if you feel that something illegal has taken place, you are always best advised to contact an attorney.

Good luck,
