Good Afternoon!

I am Cruz Andreatti - Client Relations Manager at Anderco Carpet Co INC.

We are a Licensed, Bonded & Insured Flooring Specialist and REO/Hazard Claims Contractor.
As high volume carpet supplier and installer with statewide coverage, we can help reduce your bottom line and increase your client turn times with on-time-on target worry free installation of all types of flooring from carpet to wood - and all types and grades in-between - we are a one stop shop- with unrivalled purchasing power.

We have thousands of yards of product in stock at any given time - ready to ship - and installers ready to go- meaning you can rely on the products being there when you need them. Let me show you how I can save you money on your bottom line!

We are also a licensed General Contractor- and experienced in the REO, Rental & Hazard Insurance Claims field. We can provide Rehab, Code Compliance, HVAC, Mold Remediation, Trash outs, , Sales Cleans initial and final inspections at highly competitive rates. We are a cradle to grave one stop shop!

Our software suites include Field Com and AutoCAD, and we offer a signature "one point of contact" for your job- so you have 24 hour a day access to your Project Manager.

Again - Coverage area is California for construction/Rehab - and Arizona, California and Nevada statewide for flooring.
I would like the opportunity to discuss future business with you.

Anderco was founded in 1989 with the concept of providing a consistent approach to the wholesale flooring industry. Since our inception, we have added several business models to include Rehabilitation and New Construction, as well as Waste Management.

We have built the corporation to function around a family model - eliminating the bureaucracy and maintaining the client focused one point of contact that is a neccessity for proper communication and providing the high standard of customer service for which we are known.

Some of the things that differentiate us from our competition are:

We have developed flat fee pricing- we do not add hidden fees or charges. We charge by square yard of the project - if the job uses less flooring - we charge you less- if the yardage is higher we will call you to inform you - and we provide a room by room cut-sheet.

We offer single point of contact for both repair and flooring. We also have a single point invoicing system. These eliminate wasted time searching for the person who is working on your job - and a single invoice - thereby streamlining your accounting.

We provide Communicate and include photo documentation of the work- and we base it on the Clients requirements. If you want Completion Photos only - we can do that. If you want Before, During and After Photos - we can do that as well. Tell us what you need and we adapt to you - ensuring a seamless and worry-free relationship. For our Rehab projects we provide a minimum of 2 updates per week- normally Monday and Wednesday. (This can be adjusted for the Clients' preference. This means your Project Manager is continuously in the loop- and does not have to take their time to track anyone down to find the status of the job.

Our repair services are built around a licensed General Contractor. We have the capabilities to resolve any issue on the property, and with our built in network of professionals- we reduce the Clients worry and avoid delays. We have professional draftsman on staff- so even getting blueprints can be done in house.

We are not a "clearing house" type of contractor. We complete your jobs in-house with our own crews. We do not put your job out for bid to some unqualified handyman. We manage your job, we procure materials for your job, and our crews start- work on, and complete your job. We can handle high volume- and provide impeccable service

Hello Dfiore916,

The area of Stockton that your project is in is an older very established neighborhood! So, be sure to keep all remodeling as much as possible looking like the way it was built. It is sort of like restoring an automobile (don't change the original looks). The most important rooms are the kitchen and the bathroom. Spend most of your time and money in those rooms.

The property is located near Victory Park; which is an area where it is really hard not to do well! Location, Location, Location.
