I did a search of a 3 Mile radius of the property in question and found 28 homes for sale priced between $89,900 and $398,000. The house that is listed for $89.900 is actually my listing and I would love to show it to you if you are not already working with a realtor. What is the price range that you are looking in?

Hello, Txtina.

In not having time to review all of your other responses, I will summarize and tell you that it is not your only alternative ... but my professional opinion is that it is one of your best. You may want to seek legal advice for a professional legal opinion.

We specialize in short sales, and I invite you to visit us for more information. I just walked out of a closing of a short sale listing of mine, actually.

Thank you, and best in your decision.

If you are interested in house for personal use or rental property you can always work with agents or you can look around for forclosures. Depending on your ability to fix and renovate the house you can consider getting at a bargain price.

We specialize in buy-renovate-sell back in the market.
