You have the ability to submit a professional review at any time.
If you don't have one already, you will be prompted to create a profile on Trulia as a part of submitting a review. It helps ensure that reviews are from actual clients.

Submitting a review on Trulia:

Log into your Trulia profile, then click on the "Find an Agent" link in the green search bar at the top.
Search by your agent’s name and service area. When your agent appears in the results, click their name.
Select the “Reviews” tab beneath their name and photo on their profile page.
Select the orange “Write a Review” button.

Once you submit your review it will be sent to moderation. We moderate each review before publishing it on Trulia. If the review meets our guidelines it will be published onto the professional's profile.

You can always negotiate and offer any price you want to, but the seller may reject the offer. As others have mentioned, you don't necessarily justify the reason for your low offer.

If you are a Professional Realtor then you need to add the listing to your account. If you are the home owner then you should be able to select "edit info" link under main picture. Claim the home as yours and edit information as necessary.

Ronald Yemmans II answered:

Zillow and Trulia get much of their information from public record, Multiple Listing Services and homeowners. School district boundaries can be changed as well and if a district grows additional schools could be built. All this can lead to conflicting information. It is best to contact the school district directly and provide them with the house address to determine what schools will service it.

It's just a computer program that gives an estimate that really is not accurate and does not know and understand the local market.

I am a local agent and would be happy to offer you a free market analysis and let you know what your current home value would be. No obligation. You can reach me at 586.782.6402
