Hi Own-A-Home Realty Corp,

It appears as though you have successfully submitted your listing at 59 Opal to us, as it's shown for sale and claimed by you at the link below. I searched for 63 Opal, but haven't been able to locate it on our site. Are you still experiencing problems submitting that listing to us? If so, please let us know. You can post an answer here, or you can send an email directly to our Customer Service team via www.trulia.com/help/ask.

Best Wishes,

Hi Marie,

I can certainly understand your frustration. Internet sites are a great tool to look at homes and get familiar with home values. Viewing homes on line is probably a lot of fun at some point but when you are serious about finding your dream home and your goal is to pick on line, you most certainly expect the information to be accurate before you get excited about a house, right?
My site offers up to date information on all of the homes currently for sale and you are welcome to use it at your convenience.

Happy searching, please don't hasitate to contact me if I may be of assistance at any time.

Hi Ryszetnyk

To get the best exposure for you to sell your house is to interview a Real Estate Agent to see how they
will market your house, I suggest talking to at least 3 agents., to see if they meet your requirment
A Agent will have the knoweledge, marketable, and the experience to assist you.

Hi Rober,

If your home is currently listed as being 'for sale' on our site, Robert's answer is correct and you should contact your agent to make sure that they make the necessary updates to your property either directly on our site or with the source that provides your listing information to us.

If your home is not currently for sale on our site and you wish to update the property record information we have on file for your home, please note that this information is made available by the county assessor's office and it is recommended that you contact them to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information on file for your home. Once they make any updates to their information, our display will update automatically thereafter.

Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson
