I've been requiring all visitors attending my open houses to present a valid photo ID upon entering, no exceptions. I have FOUR identical signs leading up to the entry (so visitors have ample notice and ample opportunity to change their mind and turn-around), plus one final notice inside that says "please have your valid photo ID ready to present to me, thank you". Almost NO push-back. But as someone is approaching me, it's critical that I appear friendly, non-threatening, open, engaging, pleasant (all that important stuff) to not intimidate the visitor, similing, and ask them to SHOW me their ID. In the VERY few times I received some "resistance" or "push-back", I say "I understand it might be the 1st time someone has ask you for a photo ID upon entering an open house, and I'm happy to be your first!" If they refuse, I politely POLITELY ask them to leave. Only 2 times has someone become a bit indignant, and those standing nearby observing it have ALWAYS come to my rescue and told the uncooperative visitor "you heard the guy......LEAVE!" This photo ID requirement is a BIG hit with my sellers. It wakes them up during my listing appointment and distinguishes me from other agents, for-sure. Agent has to be VERY confident and mindful of their body language to appear in-charge and non-waivering. ... more

Also referred to as “white ants”, termites are often confused with ants. This common misconception had cost homeowners and commercial property owners a lot and learning how to tell the difference between these two pests can help those affected with infestation deal with the problem accordingly. Because of their sizes, they can easily be mistaken for each other from a distance. But if you look closely you’d notice that – termites have a pale or white color, straight and beaded antennas, and thick segmented bodies; while ants come in a shade of brown or black, and have bent antennas and obvious waists. These characteristics lead us to the fact that they are more closely related to nasty cockroaches.

For some termite species, a gap or crack that is 1/32 of an inch wide (which is twice narrower than the standard thickness of a piece of paper) is enough for an entrance into a limitless feast – which is your home. Termites feed on cellulose like wood, paper and cardboard and homes have a wealth of all the cellulose they want – this is the main reason why termites are attracted to houses.

Hello,

It appears that the property you are interested to is in foreclosure status on Trulia. Trulia is a platform for consumers to browse housing information as well as a tool for home owners and agents to list their properties. If a listing is foreclosure or not, it is up to the listing owner to update the status of that property. The status of the listing is unclear to us because it is in the hands of the listing owner.

If you want to know more information about the foreclosure property, you may check the county record where the property is part of or you may also contact a foreclosure specialist near your area for assistance.

You can take advantage of our vast network of agents here on Trulia. You may found the link below.

To search for a foreclosure specialist using our site:

1. Go to the link that I provided, enter the location where you're at and click enter.
2. Click the 'More filters' button and choose 'Foreclosure' under specialties.
3. Click the 'Search' button.

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

Hello,

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.
