Well this is not a scam. I am a honest owner and have been renting since last 3 years to keep up with my mortgage and not for any profit. The agents contact me to pay them and when I say I deal with direct tenants, they tend to get annoyed and write such comments.
I have references of past tenants if you wish to contact

Betsy, great question regarding the best self-storage facility near Washington Blvd. Have you had a chance to stop by some of the storage facilities? Doing some initial research via the internet can help get you started. I would assume that visiting a few different facilities to take a tour and find out prices could prove fruitful. Good luck, I wish you the best! http://www.rt22selfstorage.com ... more

It just depends on what your looking for... Stamford apartments are mostly business professionals living in them. I do a lot of rentals in Stamford and I think you maybe better finding a condo to rent as they have more kids around then the apartments do. Are you looking to buy or rent? I have a great 2 bedroom coming on in a few weeks thats 2 bedrooms 1 bath and they have a play area for kids and an outside pool.

Let me know more of what your looking for and Id more then happy to help.

Pretty much all of Stamford, just depends on what your looking for to buy or rent in a home and family area... Downtown is a great area, as it has much to offer with parks and such for kids, shopping, restaurants, public transportation. There are beach areas close by as well.

Give me some more information and I'll be happy to help you find a new home in Stamford.

Hello I do a lot of rentals in Stamford and in your price range and what your looking for is hard to come buy. the vast majority of landlords only want long term 1 year rentals so they don't have to go through the pain to find a new tenant.

Stamford is becoming expensive to live in and the rental prices are going up each month and now summers here its an even harder market to find these gems that you seek!

Best I can tell you is to find corporate housing at one of the apartment complexes. They have great set ups and may be able to come close to your price range with a small deposit too = )

Kim Benedict answered:
When dealing with less than perfect credit and looking to rent a new place, the advise I give my clients is to write a brief note to the potential landlord the reason for the credit issues. This way when you submit the application the landlord knows why your credit is not up to par and they can see its not just because you don't care, it shows that there was a issue such as job loss, divorce, illness, natural disaster as Hurricane Sandy or what ever the reasons and you have rectified the issues that held you back and are trying to get back on track.

As long as your credit is getting better and your making the right moves to clear your name they are more willing to work with you, as we have all had our falls on hard times, and they could be more willing to give you a chance.

Hope this helps!

Good luck to you!

There are some that are in the price range yet the go quickly and the condition is not always the best... old and dated! There is always the credit check for r25.00 per adult person on the lease, first months rent due on making offer to show you really want the place and to secure it, then I have found a few units that only need one months security payment yet most want two months... let me know if you need help finding a place, as I am here to help.

Cheers!
