Hi,

The data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process. If it is already correct through the county, this will update to Trulia once we receive that information. Rest-assured that we are working towards building a better tool for the future that integrates the data between Trulia and Zillow to ensure both sites display the same information. I really apologize for that although there is not yet a specific time frame for when this will be implemented we are working on this as quickly as possible.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Hello,

Pending means an offer has been made on the home and it is in the process of closing. That said, there are many reasons why a pending property can be re-listed.

Assuming you have a steady, verifiable income, you should be able to get a loan. However, the cost of financing is based on a lender's risk. The higher the risk to the lender, the higher the cost to the borrower. Try to get your score up to 640 before you apply for a loan.

Many of the properties listed on this website are Scam Portals. I wouldn't trust Trulia at all. :/

It doesn't appear that this home is on the market, but to answer your question, it's a matter of preference, since it is somewhat equidistant from a number of stores. There are 2 Walmart Super Centers (one in north Fayetteville near the Mall and the other in downtown Springdale), as well as a Harps out on Hwy 412 East at Butterfield Coach Road. There is also a Walmart Neighborhood Market across the street from the Harps. All are within about 10 minutes driving time. Hope this helps.

If you are searching for a home in Springdale, check my website below for all of the homes currently on the market in the entireNW Arkansas MLS, not just Fayetteville. As an Accredited Buyer Agent I would be glad to help at no extra cost to you. Thanks in advance.

Not likely. But you go to the website of almost any bank and pre-qualify online. My suggestion is Liberty Bank. However, they are changing over to Centennial Bank and I don't know if you can still get to them using mylibertybank.com ... more

These houses cannot be used by a licensed appraiser or even by a Realtor. Please have you Realtor see my listing with the comps attached. ... more

Marvin, I own the red roofed house and it's NOT for sale. Also, 1309 Hembree does not have two walk in showers, one is a jacuzzi tub/shower combo.
