I'm not an agent, but a resident. Been co owner of a Villa in Timber Pines, an age 55 and over gated community right off 19. Timber Pines is composed of various villages each one separatedand unique. There and villa type and single family homes. The villas you don't need to do any outside maintenance plus some have extras. For example Pine Glen Village I, allows pets while Pine Glen II does not. Pine Glen is one of the few villages that also has its own community pool. So owners can use the in the village pool, as well as the pools at the country club buildings. They have 5 golf courses, fitness center, woodworking shop, games, card room, dances, shows, tennis, and the like. Lots of things and activities to keep retired folks busy. Pine Glen village I currently has two of their larger villas up for sale - chevk them out, they're reslly in nice condition, and in a great location. ... more
