Ok if your leaving the mill. You would turn right. Go to 516 it is that weird intersection right there at Leahman . Do not turn onto Leahman go almost straight onto 516>> Go about 3 1/2 miles to circle in downtown Jefferson. Take the first exit onto Hanover Street. The address for the property on Stauffer Road is 2046 Stauffer Road Spring Grove, PA 17362. It was postponed 11/24/09 and the amount listed on the Sheriff Sale site is $168,774.67. The link below is the PDF document for the December 7, 2009 sale date.

Shelley touched on the IDX a bit and that is pretty much the reason for the lack of information on some homes. Yes, sometimes Trulia has not picked up the info yet but actually a Brokerage decides upfront if the information of their listings will be shared through the IDX. If the Brokerage opts out of the IDX then the MLS will not allow websites such as Trulia to use all of the information from a listing.
