Steve Johnson answered:
Bobby & Sally,
The home is in the Overlook at River Crossing. That is one of the gated Phases of the community. My office is located adjacent to River Crossing. That lot most likely has a view of the river crossing golf course and Twin Sisters (two distant and very distinctive hills). If you would like for me to schedule you a time to see the home in person, please dont hesitate to contact me. I can also show you all the amenities the neighborhood has to offer.

Thank You,
Steve Johnson

Clint Isley answered:
The asking price is $549,900. The seller is offering a rental option. "•Owner owns outright: Buy now, or Lease to Own with $5,000 deposit and $2,000 per month for 24 months –every cent of the deposit and lease payment will be applied to lower the purchase price! Breath taking views of the hill country and canyon lake are the first things you notice about this special home in Mystic Shores. This 3197 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms with almost all of the rooms having a spectacular view of Canyon Lake or you can enjoy the view from your 2nd floor balcony with sitting areas". Let me know if you have further questions. I will be happy to assist you.

Hi Guatebeat,
Wow, 25 acres? It depends on where it is. Spring Branch is one of those areas that can vary drastically from one street to the next. What part of Spring Branch is it in? Is it completely raw and undeveloped with no utilities running to it?

You first, grab a six pack of Shiner, then consume.. then call your client and tell them they are the BEST clients you ever had! That way, they won't mind that the listing's not right! :) ha ha.. Ok, you know I had to give you a hard time...

Actually, it's probably because it's not right in KWLS. .log on there and ck it out.. if it still doesn't work, you may want to refer to the above suggestion. lol

Adios,
Josh
