Hi Myron - Spring Branch is about a 30-40 minute drive from Wimberley. Fishing - we are about 20 minutes from Canyon Lake. Tubing - there are several drop in spots to get to the river depending on where you want to go about 15 - 30 minutes. Right in Spring Branch there is River Crossing golf club - private but open to the public. Also if you go about 15 minutes in either direction there is golfing in Stone Oak or go 15 minutes north to Blanco there is another golf course. Lutheran Churches - several to choose from in the area close by. Your in AP? I'm very familiar with AP - from when I lived in CC years ago - would go to AP for work sometimes. Feel free to give me a call direct if you would like more information about Spring Branch area - 210-716-8880. ... more
