I spoke with the listing agent because the MLS indicates that the lot is approx. 100 ft. by 160 ft. (I say average because it is in a slight pie shape.) However, the tax records linked show that Lot 10 is 46.4' X 53.6'. He said that the property includes two lots, thus the difference in figures. (There is a survey in his files that can be provided.)

He also told me that the home is immaculate and is back on the market because of a lease-to-purchase deal falling through. There is a list of things that have been done to the house available for me to share from the MLS, but I need you to contact me to provide your e-mail address so I can send the link directly from the MLS with this extra information. (If you're already working with a Realtor for help, he/she needs to do this for you.)

Please let me know how I can assist you further with your home search.

According to the tax map, the large area behind this home is marked as "Common Area 2," which means it has been designated as green space.

Would you like to see this or other properties? If you're not already working with a Realtor, I'd be honored to have the opportunity to assist you further. ... more

The RealtyTrac ads only seem to be a lure to get you to their site to subscribe, with no guarantee of the information being current or the listing shown still being active.

If you want someone to help you do a targeted search for property and aren't already working with a Realtor, please give me a call or send me a direct e-mail to get started. ... more

Actually the $850 is if the home is 'not homestead'. If you plan on living in the home the taxes are around $550. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Bobby answered:
Is the transfer value the cost of the house?? I can read and understand that the transfer value is the amount the owner in default paid for the property when he or she originally purchased it. So is this the cost of the house?? If it isn't, why would they list that price instead of real cost?? ... more

Hi Hali,
Yes you may have a privacy fence in this subdivision. However, according to the recorded covenants, no privacy fence may be higher than 6 feet and they must pass architectural review before installation. Additionally, no chain link fences at all.
Warm regards,

Tia Stanley answered:
The price is supported by an appraisal, however, that does not mean that a lower offer would not be acceptable. It is highly unlikely that these sellers would entertain a lease purchase. If they would consider a lease purchase, I imagine it would require a substantial down payment. Feel free to call me 251-406-2859. ... more
