Depends on your price range. You can always look on craigslist for smaller rentals.

You can check recently sold sales as the price is only what someone will pay.

Well, just doing a quick look, I would approximate about $150 a square foot. That's without seeing your house, of course, just an estimate done quickly.

I would be happy to do a full market comp. report for you. The amenities in your house and the location will make a difference so this was just a quick guesstimate.

Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Six in walls or 2x4?
Regular insulation or foam?
High end finishes or contractor grade?

Make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
And also consider that building can take 6 months longer than planned.

Hi Casey,

You are likely signed up on a limited information site that gives you price and photos but no address unless you complete your registration. You can either contact a local buyer's agent for full and complete access to the MLS and listings of your choosing or email whatever info you have about it ( price, sq footage etc ) and I or another of our local realtors can assist.
