One way to find foreclosure listings, is call a professional Realtor and they can send you all the foreclosure listings. However, in today's market, foreclosure listings are not always the least expensive listings. I suggest you give your Realtor your criteria on what you are looking for and the maximum price you are willing to spend and then from there you will get a list of properties that match your wants.

There is no guarentee that this is, or will be a homerun community. The number of sales in the community are very promising which is great for a community at this price point. The community features both custom and high volume production builders. The retail development is slated to start within the next 2 years, however before they begin any retail construction they will need signed commitments from major anchors and a number of additional retailers as well. The best advice I can give with regards to retail is that it may happen at some point. Best of luck to you.

An agent that can provide your home to the best prospective audience based on their property resume with sales of this type. An agent familiar with the corporations that want to own a property for temporary housing for commuting employees as opposed to paying hotel expenses (my husband's company does this). Actually, there is a small break from the Timarron County Club for living in Timarron.

If you are a member of Timarron HOA you can get the social initiation fee waived which is 200.00. The other fees and monthly expenses will be the same amount that are charged to non-Timarron residents.
