If you do in fact find a rent to own property that you want to purchase, please make sure that you have a title search performed on the property by a title company and have a real estate attorney review your contract for purchase, deed work and mortgage documentation. A great way to find houses that take the vocher is to contact the Arlington Housing Office and ask for a list of houses that accept the vocher. They usually have several options, from apartments, townhomes to single family homes.
