Looks like a great home on paper... This one is a HUD Foreclosure.. Here is the report on it:

We need to get out there and take a look QUICK!! This is one is one of those homes that will sell fast as all get out! I can meet you out there anytime you like.

Always recommend getting your loan approved first... the best HUD Home Lender out there is Kasey Hampton - - you can thank me later

Give me a call, text, or e-mail.

Roland Gonzales answered:
As Kay mentioned, it is a HUD foreclosure that is available to Police, Fireman, and Teachers through the 4th of October after which it will be available to the general public (investors will not be eligible to purchase this home until the end of October). The county appraisal district has it's valuation at $116,480 so at $71,000 this is a real bargain.

Keep an eye on HUD's website - to see if it is still available on October the 5th around noon.

If it is still available you will likely have 10 days to participate in a a closed-bid process. A registered real estate agent must place the bid for you.

Call me at 210-722-2725 and I can provide additional details on how to purchase a HUD foreclosure. I have sold over 50 HUD homes in the last couple of years..

Thanks for asking.
