I don’t have particular options for you. But I can give you recommendations on how to rent with your furry friends. You can create a pet resume, one for each pet. In this CV you can include pet’s information, routine, medical records and references. If you want to use a pro for creation of pets resume, ask for samples of their work so you have an idea of what he or she can do.

As I understand, you’re looking for rent in CA. This list of 10 most pet friendly cities include San Diego and San Francisco. So, pay attention on those cities.

Great idea about the section 8. In TX it is nice that the rentals are listed in their MLS, along with houses for sale. Made it easy for agents to help renters - and kept listings up to date. Here in CA, you are on your own and it can be time consuming. Hope next time it's easier for you. ... more

I do not completely understand your question, but I'm guessing you are wondering who owns 2210 Sandcastle Way in Sacramento CA? If you would like to purchase the home, it would depend on the seller's motivation and current situation. Let me know if you need additional help on this matter.

Very interesting question! You asked for the closest specific store to an address for a home that is sold. Is that your house now? If so, your agent should be able to give you nearest stores, schools, hospitals etc. By going to the Target website, and entering your city, or zip code, you can see all of their stores in the vicinity to whatever location you select. For example, I think the Target on Riverside right off of 50 is convenient to reach.

As you notice, people from as far away as Florida are answering your question... with the internet the answers are easy to find. I'm sure they've never been here to learn these locations.

As for safety concerns, if unfamiliar with the area, do visit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors; also contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand; real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

Hi Joy,

Realize that it is the bank you are asking to pay the closing costs, not the seller. In a short sale listing everything is paid by the lender even though they are not the seller. The bank will sometimes ask the sellers to contribute if they have any assets or accounts with money in them. The listing agent can make or break the deal. If the listing agent isn't experienced in short sale negotiations and follow up, forget it! The bank will almost always pay all the title fee's because they want to use their own title company. As far as your fee's...most of the time they will pay up to 3%. I have only had ONE where they wouldn't pay any of them. I would definately ask unless they have multiple offers. In a short sale the bank will only see one offer at a time anyway. It's the sellers and their agent that decide which one to submitt. ... more
