Migdalia,

Do you have a buyer's agent in the South Hadley area? If not, ask friends/neighbors/family if they can recommend a full-time realtor for you to work with. (S)he can advise you on the market in South Hadley, and specific properties.

Good luck in your search!

The level of construction seems to be solid, and the finishes are just right on the model homes - not over or under done. Feel free to contact me for more specifics. ... more

That is something you would have to ask. They have an open house everyday from 1 pm to 3 pm.

I suggest that you talk to loan officers at 2 local banks, who can take personal interest in your desire to buy a home.
