Is that information in the contract you signed when you started at that office? I would check into this with a Real Estate attorney in your state, take the contract with you. It's worth an hour of time and the cost, because the listings could be "co-listed" with you and another agent ( not in your office) even if you are way out of state.
The buyers can be referred for a % consideration to other Realtors. These clients represent your income and hard work and I can't see why you should not get paid for it. Good Luck!

The $200 per transaction sounds too good to be true. Most agencies around the Myrtle Beach area will take somewhere between 50-20% of gross commission.
