In the country could be hard, as many of those homes are owned. I agree with your opinion of the south side. It's like its own little town out here. You literally have to come to the south side on purpose. (Unless taking 31 to Indy.) Let me know if you need help finding a rental. I know there is a rent to own situation at 4614 Crawford Court in Scottsdale. Not a lot of land by any stretch, but DEFINITELY a good, solid, safe neighborhood. Drive by it. It looks (at least on the outside) to be pretty darned nice! ... more

Sealcoating and striping are typical items in CAM. Repaving, as in a tear up and repave, is not.

Hello. If you are nor working with a real estate agent, I would be happy to email you the listings that we have available in those areas for rent. Typically, as we get closer to spring the homes we have listed in the MLS tend to shrink because most sellers will continue to try and sell through the spring and summer seasons. That being said, I would be happy to send you what we have available. You may also consider looking at Craigslist, the South Bend Tribune and rentalhunt.com. for additional rentals. Thank you for your question. ... more

Hello Alicia,
I looked for rentals throught the mls in the Clay area and there arn't any listed currently. You may try Craigslist, rentalhunt.com or the South Bend Tribune. You may contact an agent to see if they work with renters. Also, you can look up property management company's in South Bend and see if they have anything.
Best of luck to you....
