We typically get paid a small % or a small $ amount. I would like to refer you to Kathleen Teare. Her work # is 678-597-5888. She deals specifically with rentals/renters and would be happy to assist you. ... more

I would recommend that you contact an attorney. If you are short on cash, you can call Atlanta Legal Aid.

Call a Real Estate Broker first. If you rent first and pump up your credit score, then you can buy a better house in the long (or short) run.

Betty D. Scyphers answered:
possibly, You would need to decide before the lease is done. If you know you want to buy, spell out all details in a Lease Purchase contract. Usually this requires non-refundable $ and are given to seller/landlord. A lease with option is another story. Lease purchase can lock in sales price and terms favorable to both parties. Lease is not as good for buyer if he/she knows they would buy today if they could. ... more

Annette Lawrence answered:
Jaebri,
There are many, many, many agents whose telephone number is clearly visible and easily found.
If you were a serious buyer, why would you NOT pick up the phone and call?

I am a full time agent. Obviously I am on Trulia.
I DO NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES ARRIVING VIA THE TRULIA "CONTACT" LINK OR TRULIA EMAIL.
There are 15, perhaps you are one of them, that await a response. They will receive NONE from me.
Those who do call, who demonstrate they are serious, get to see homes for sale before anyone else.

So, what will you do?
Dan and Cassandra have VERY visible telephone numbers.
