I am assuming you are the buyers purchasing a new house. When you got your Pre-Approval the wife saving account was verified separately from your. Now you have combined both accounts into one account. Would have been better to have done this after the escrow closed. But in any case, notify your mortgage lender. They will verify the wife's funds are currently in joint account. Mortgage lender will let you know is there is or is not a problem. There maybe a problem with seasoning of funds.

Posting your home for sale on Trulia is free. If you are a licensed realtor and want to pay Trulia to get leads, that will cost you big bucks monthly.

Sally Grenier answered:
Your best option is to contact a local REALTOR who can create a customized search in the MLS. Key words can back fire on you and not give you accurate results. You're assuming the person who entered the info into the system is using the same words or combination of words that you're using, which is a big mistake. For example, it could be "water front" (two words), or "river front" or "lake front" or "beach front" depending on where you are and what kind of "water" you're talking about! Also, these sites don't have great search functionality and may not even have the capability to search key words.

Besides, most of the listings you find on these so-called real estate websites are terribly out-dated and inaccurate.

If you're a serious buyer, then you need to take the job seriously and hire a Realtor as your Buyer's Agent. Good luck!
