This is an Edward plan by Crown Communities. It is 4,364 square feet. Formal living and dining where you see the bay windows at the front, with a dramatic stairway between them in the two-story foyer. Huge, open kichen, breakfast and great room at rear, opening to covered porch. Full bedroom and bath on the main level. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with glamorous master bedroom with huge sitting room and tons of closet space. I've sold several homes in Governors Lake and would be happy to help you with this one! ... more

Simpsonville is growing quite a lot and constantly adding new schools. The best thing to do is check the Greenville county site for the correct school assignments for the upcoming year.

Unless you live in that neighborhood with school age children you may not know of any school changes or updates.

Take a look at your rental agreement and see what it says for ending your lease early--are there any penalties--and what kind of notice you have to give.
Find out how much time you have left and start looking! It will take several weeks to find a home, then once you put an offer in on a home, you have about 45 days until closing.
Feel free to give me a call at 864-884-6018 and I an help you get started on the right path.

You may have accidentally deleted the information when signing in with another address. Go back to the original address you used to set up the account and you may need to reinput all the information.

Today it's showing $100,000 Public Record. It was a short sale. I have been told since September, "very soon, you'll have a closing every two weeks approx.
