The listing agent of your home when you purchased it might be able to but to be honest if it was in MLS it feeds to several on line sites and those pictures will probably be out there indefinitely. So even if removed off Trulia, it may be on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc etc... ... more

If the property is still showing listed, it should also be showing the listing agent who was marketing it. If so, you email him/her directly and ask them to manually remove the listing. The agent is supposed to maintain their listings, changing them from active to pending, and then to sold. It's possible the agent was just busy or doesn't realize it's still showing up as for sale. An interesting approach. Usually people plan their living situations so they can keep it. What if you have trouble making the rent after a year? It seems that with your savings, you could find a good job, and use that to bolster your living search. Also, what if you pre-pay the rent to a landlord who is facng foreclosure and the bank takes the property while you are there or he sells? Think through the scenarios. Also, saving that chunk of cash may help you buy a home after you have worked for a few years.

You know the price from the other agents - $775,000 and it just came on the market. It is vacant and also a bank owned property being sold "as is" and asking the buyer to get preapproved through Wells Fargo to submit with an offer. Most times you can do the preapproval through the bank, but then use whomever you wish if you want to go through with the transaction. It is easy to show since it is vacant. Let me know if you'd like to see it.

Condo fee is $335 a month and includes Heat, Hot Water, Water, Sewer, Master Insurance, Swimming Pool, Laundry Facilities, Exterior Maintenance, Road Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Recreational Facilities, Exercise Room. It is subject to a lender's approval of a short sale and has been on the market for 244 days. There are also others being sold in this condo complex. Let me know if you'd like to see the condo and I'd be happy to show you this one or send you emails of the other condos for sale.
