Yes it has to be disclosed.

Right depreciates faster and your future resale can be low, and insurance will be higher.

Good luck.

Hello Ann,

There are so many products, everchanging, for financing, especially government loans!

Your Best bet is to speak to a Morgage Broker who can give you all your options, especially one who Specializes in First Time Home Buyers, as wellas FHA loans.

I have great reviews from All my Clients that go with Hugh Donohue, Mortgage Financial. He is available 7 days a week, by phone, email and in person! He can give you info quickly, honestly & he's been doing this for Decades!!
He will make you feel Secure, Comfortable & Informed, which is so important when learning the process as a First timer :)

Here is his contact info.,, 508-892-8370, you wont be disappointed with his service, no matter where you are in the buying process. Especially needing to get Pre approved, which most Agents/Sellers Require before actively viewing homes.

Please feel free to view my Review.., he is a Big Part of the Positive Results, Satisfied Clients Ive been Fortunate enough to work for!

Hope this helps getting you on the right tract, GOOD LUCK!!

Best wishes,
