Just wanted to get back to you regarding the horse farm coming on the market in Malvern. It will have 7.7 acres and be priced under $899,000. In that township (Charlestown Twp) the minimum for horses is 4 acres. If you are looking for something smaller, I am happy to help. I live in Malvern and it is the primary area I work. I'm happy to help!
Regards,
Mary

I only have mini horses so I don't need a lot of acreage. They're only out 4 hours a day because the grass is usually too rich for their size. I have no muck piles because the trash companies let me
put the poop in the trash so consequently I have no fly attraction. They're just like having large dogs only cleaner.

Hi B, I have asked a couple experts as well and will post when I get a repsonse. My firm specializes in luxury properties and horse properites. Are you working with a broker yet? I would be happy to consult with you to see if we would be a good fit. Hope you are having a good weekend.

This being only a two acre property generally it would not be zoned for horses. I believe in Tredyffrin the minimum is 4 acres and that will allow you two horses, but 2 acres will not allow you one horse. You will need to check with the township to be certain. It is also only listed as a residential property not as a farm use property. Please contact us for help in finding properties that have stables and space for horses.
