Suzanne,

If you are a tenant the owner can decide if they want to have pets or not even
thought the HOA does allow pets. If you have any other question I am sure I
can help you. Also, I can help you find a place where you can take your pet with
you.

Sincerely,
Joan Zimmerman

Hi Suzanne~

Abbey Park's HOA Rules & Regs state that each household is allowed one pet weighing less than 30 pounds. However, if you are renting, pet restrictions are at the owner's discretion.
