It depends on what type of clothing you are selling and the demographic you are trying to attract. Each neighborhood has it's one "vibe" and clientele. Your best bet is to hook up with a good commercial agent that can make suggestions that meet your target customer base. Commercial real estate and leases are a totally different business than residential real estate so make sure you get someone that really knows retail. It will save you tens of thousands of dollars.

Good afternoon, Victoria:
South Park, Philips Place, East Blvd/Dilworth/South End and Ballantyne/Blakeney have Upscale clothing boutiques. Central Ave, Noda, Plaza Midwood may attract a slightly different though still affluent clientele. If you ascribe to the business/economic theory of business cluster or competitive cluster, you would want to be near these other boutiques. If you appreciate an answer, please give thumbs up.
