You need to locate a trustworthy security locksmith if you buy this property. The son of the Wills family aka Kent Bradley Wills is a convicted burglar and probably has a set of keys and lock codes for the alarm system.

Pinnacle Hills Promenade offers a great Dillards, plus specialty shops like Coach. Malco theater, PF Chang's Ruth's Chris, and other great eateries are in the neighborhood, too.

There really are lots of fun places to shop near Rogers. For fun and funky home assessories try the Purple Armidillo 709 SW A Bentonville, for interesting cheap holiday decor and home decor try the outlet Oops on 412 in Tonitown.
Have fun

I think downtowns in general are seeing a bit of a revival of late. Look at Bentonville and all that is going on in and around downtown. Rogers definitely has a bit of a sleepy downtown but I think we'll see some sprucing and redevelopment over the next few years as more and more people move east of Rogers and start looking for things to do, places to eat, etc.

There are The Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills as well as Village on the Creeks and the Promenade Mall. The Shoppes are generally small Boutique stores with prices to match..so is Village on the Creeks. The Promenade offers some nice upscale options across the board as well a dining like P.F. Changs and Mimi's Cafe (my personal favorite)....
